All our cakes bears the hallmark of well-made artisanal gourmet creations, because we use the finest imported and locally sourced ingredients, and we research, experiment and innovate to create the most delightful and sensuous confections that every tastebud deserves to experience. We don’t cut corners, we use fine products like Valrhona chocolate, Callebaut, Lescure cream, Madagascar and French vanilla, organic muscovado sugar, pure maple syrup, organic blue agave nectar, pomegranate molasses and the freshest fruits which we source from local farmers and markets. We pride ourselves with our quality, reliability, passion and dedication to bring exceptional cakes to the market at a reasonable price.

We do not use preservatives in our products, and all supplies are sourced from certified Halal suppliers.

Our Chocolate

We’re proud to use Valrhona chocolate in our cakes and brownies.

Valrhona is a French luxury chocolate manufacturer based in the small town of Tain-l’Hermitage in Hermitage, a wine-growing district near Lyon. It is now a subsidiary of Bongrain. The company was founded in 1922 by a French pastry chef, Albéric Guironnet, from the Rhône valley and has five subsidiaries and 60 local distributors across the globe. It is one of the leading producers of gastronomic chocolate in the world. The company also maintains the École du Grand Chocolat, a school for professional chefs with a focus on chocolate-based dishes and pastries.

Exotic Fruits

Our specialty cakes are based on fruits that are considered “exotic” by most, including rambutans, mangosteens, dragonfruits, breadfruit, and papaya. We use no artificial flavoring or preservatives in our cakes, just fresh, fresh fruit, so our cakes are simply unique, and each cake is created with much passion and labor.
